Victoria Low is CEO of The Magenta Project, an international organization dedicated to breaking down barriers for women in professional sailing and marine industries. With 30 years of experience in the marine sector and eight years leading diversity and inclusion initiatives in the charitable sector, Victoria brings deep industry knowledge and a passionate commitment to creating pathways for women into leadership roles.



To date The Magenta Project has supported more than 300 women through mentoring, leadership development, and pathway programs, with 92% reporting positive career impact. There are currently another 100 women going through their programs. Victoria led the development of the 2x25 Review, the most comprehensive research on gender equity in sailing and marine industries since 2019, surveying 2,500 respondents across 68 countries.



Victoria has established strategic partnerships with World Sailing, 11th Hour Racing, World Match Racing Tour and major international stakeholders, positioning The Magenta Project as a leading voice for gender equity in the marine sector. She is a sought-after speaker on diversity, inclusion, and leadership development, known for her pragmatic approach to creating systemic change.
